Vemma is a family run network marketing that is relatively new, but their parent company, New Vision, has been around since 1995.
Products
Vemma’s primary product is an anti-oxidant drink who’s main ingredient is the mangosteen fruit (known as the “Queen of all fruits”). The juice drink comes in a 32 ounce bottle and in 2 ounce on-the-go bottles. They also market an 8 ounce energy drink and a portable 3 ounce energy shot.
Vemma Distributor Pay Plan
The Vemma distributor is rewarded with a very good pay plan. They have a dual line compensation plan, which means you can build your downline on a left and right leg. This dual line is intended to create great leverage as new people join and people are placed underneath them. Vemma distributors are eligible for team building bonuses when they have a total of 4 personally enrolled members beneath them. The pay plan also rewards those who go above and beyond (which every good pay plan should do) by giving outstanding members a share of the global bonus pool.
Vemma Distributor Marketing
There are countless ways to spread the word about Vemma and to possibly be compensated with a very respectable income that may last for years to come.
Method #1: Share the company’s products with your family, friends, and other people you meet in the community. Also explain the financial opportunity to people who seem like potential business builders. This is the way that network marketing has been done for years. You may be able to build a small organization this way. But the problem with this approach is that so many people are very wary of “one of those pyramid things.” This is because you’re not hitting your target market, i.e. other network marketers.
Method #2: Buy leads and make cold calls. This is the approach that trainers such as Tracy Biller advocate (he specializes in genealogy leads). This approach may work if done correctly. Biller advocates a “30 second pitch” over the phone to leads who have been in network marketing in the past. Then you present persuasive sales and marketing tools. Finally, you call them back a day later to see if they are ready to sign up. The problem with this approach is that people hate receiving calls from people they don’t know. Also, most distributors can’t handle the stress and rejection that goes hand in hand with this method.
Method #3: Internet marketing with a funded proposal system. Pretty much every network marketing company, including Vemma, gives its distributors a replicated website that they can send prospects to. The site gives interested prospects more information and even takes orders. The problem with this type of site is that it doesn’t offer other network marketers (your target market) what they are looking for. They are looking for a way to market their opportunity. So if you want to internet market successfully (and I do recommend internet marketing as the most leveraged approach), you need to offer people free information and/or a system that they can use to solve their current problems. You will sell the prospect a low fee retail product that they can use to build any business. But on the back end of that sale, you give them a great reason why they should join you in your opportunity. This is the best way to create your own leads while at the same time making upfront money to pay for your marketing.
Conclusion
Vemma offers it’s distributors an opportunity for true success in life. It has some products that are in very high demand. It is up to the distributor personally to figure out what kind of marketing will be right for him or her.
