This is a business, not a charity, and it’s not high school. You need to stay focused on core business building activities, which are recruiting and marketing product or you’re going to waste a whole bunch of money, time, and energy.

Most people are focused solely on chasing down their friends and family. You need to be learning how to get your prospects to chase you instead! The key to effective marketing is to present your product in front of people who are already looking for what you have. Learn to do that and you will never have to convince anything person to join your business with you.
Ardyss success tip #4: Have a system set in place.You want to have a system that will train your new people for you and show them how to create wealth through your opportunity. If you don’t have a team system, you’re going to misuse your time and experience a lot of frustration. And your organization won’t be able to grow quickly in the earliest stages of its development. Get a system that teaches people how to market, generate leads, follow up with prospects, and enroll new distributors. You will be amazed at how much a simple duplicatible system will make a difference in your business.
