Virtually everyone with the desire to lose weight will try anything at some point. However, most rarely achieve long-term success. Weight loss are the words on the lips of almost everyone these days. Dieting is a very easy word to pronounce, but not the easiest thing to obtain. Dieting requires a lot of sacrifice, and commitment in order to be successful. When one hears the word diet, the first thing that comes to mind is depriving yourself of the foods you love, resorting to foods that taste like cardboard, and the dreadful task of counting calories. Keep in mind that once you have started a diet program you will have to faithfully stick to that diet, otherwise you will end up going right back to square one, or even worst off than when you had started. There are many different types of diets that have been tried over the years some have been somewhat successful, others have been a complete disaster, ask me how I know. There is your popular crash diet, no carb diet, no fat diet, liquid diet, vegetable diet, and many more. Quite frankly don’t get me started on that counting calories, who has the time. Whether we admit it, or not, we are now in the microwave generation, meaning we want things done quickly and without much effort. Don’t worry if you keep reading you will be surprised, and I’m not talking about no diet pills either, this miracle product works magic for both men and women alike.

What about exercising? They say do 100 sit ups, 100 jumping jacks, 100 squats, 100 push ups per day and you will eventually get the body you so much desire. Again this leads us to the fact that many of us in this fast pace society frankly do not have the time nor the energy to exercise. Yes we know exercise is good for the body, but lets be truthful, many of us just can’t commit to a life of rigorous exercising. Not to mention if you have been diagnosed with some health problem that restricts you from being able to exercise. ” So what other option do we have?” One might asked. Keep reading you are almost at the point of your weight loss dream come true.

Then we began to get more advanced and brought in the tummy tuck. One can definitely agree that that would take away your unwanted pounds and inches around the waist, but what about the complications and risks that comes with the tuck. Don’t get me started on just how expensive it is to have this procedure done, 00 to 00, and don’t think that because you have medical insurance coverage that your insurer will cover the expenses for that procedure. Wrong, 95% to 5% of the time they refuse to pay for that tummy tuck because they consider that to be cosmetic surgery and not really a medical issue. In other words, just a procedure that you want to improve your cosmetic appearance. Also, the side effects includes numbness, bruising, infection, bleeding under the skin flap or blood clots. There is however a much easier way to go that will not be risky and that will also help your body in many other areas as well.

Again this brings up the fact that these two popular procedures among the obese d bring with them many risk and complications, as well as being very expensive. Lip o suction is good, if you like getting holes in your tummy. Associated risk and complications with lip o suction are infections, allergic reaction to medications, fat or blood clots which can lead to cardiac arrest, damage to the skin or nerves, and even damage to your vital organs. Need I say more?

Gastric bypass is a case by itself, because once you go through with the procedure and begin to shed the pounds, you are left with the problem of excess skin that you just can’t get rid of unless you have them surgically removed. Again we faced with more expenses, or you could just opt to live your life with those unsightly flabs all over your body. No, I wouldn’t go that route either.
