How To Build A Profitable Website With Recurring Income

Getting a sale in is a great feeling no matter how many times you do it, the only problem is, is that once it’s done, it’s done. You might have got your customer to sign up to you list and it’s possible that they might buy from you again but to be assured of a steady income you need Recurring Income. O.K, you could call it passive income, residual income or whatever, it’s income that you get month after month.
This is stage one, it lays the foundations for what could be a very profitable website indeed.
Why should a customer sign up with you and pay month after month? If you really want to build a profitable website with a sustainable recurring income then you have to provide something that fulfils a need!
To create a profitable website you don’t have to stuff it full of sales opportunities, you can get your recurring income by approaching the challenge in a slightly different light.
How many times have you heard people say that to be a success, you need your own site? You need to present you own unique vision to the world because if you don’t stand out from the crowd, you’ll be swallowed by it. If you refer 1 person then you will be paid a month for each month that they remain with GDI. This goes down 5 levels so if each referral refers 1 member then you will earn a month. per referral doesn’t sound a lot but it can amount to a significant sum. One thing to remember is that because GDI has been about for such a long time it has a lot of members, whilst not all of them will be looking to recruit, enough of them will to make finding referrals by yourself a difficult job. There are quite a few GDI teams that have set up to help people build their teams, if you are going to join GDI with a view to building a downline that I highly recommend that you join one of them. For me, GDI is more about the downline side of the business although saying that you can certainly build some great site using GDI. If you are looking to build an online presence as well as a downline the you need my second opportunity.

We live in a world where people want their own websites and it’s a want that will keep growing. It’s worth considering that once people have gone to the trouble and effort of setting up their website the you have a source of potentially very long term income.
Remember, regardless of what you do, if you offer a service that there is a demand for and your service or product is a quality one then you will make money. Even if your site is not focused on marketing you can still have a banner advertising your hosting service. If people see a great site then there’s nothing to stop them thinking, I can do that.
This is your business, you won’t be wildly successful overnight (although it would be nice), you need to work at it. There’s a lot to learn, but for those who do and apply what they learn then who knows how far you will travel.
