’5 Survival Tactics’ For Vemma Success
Survival Tactic #1- Get into the Vemma business for the right reasons. You must have a passion for the product or service that you are marketing. That’s right. I said marketing not selling. Sales are part of the story but marketing is what will be your key to success.
To ‘lead with greed’ is the best way NOT to succeed.
Survival Tactic #2- Take 100% responsibility for your own success. There’s a lot of hoopla out there about Uplines that will build your business for you. New distributors are told you don’t need to know anything about anything just use the ‘three way calls’ strategy to start out. Those ‘old school’ techniques may get you started but the reality is that you need to know your product, service or opportunity to have prospects want to work with you.
Survival Tactic #3-Chasing your friends and family is OK. Scared you with that one, didn’t I? No, you should never chase your friends or family or anyone else for that matter unless you have determined that they have a need, a want or a specific desire for your product, service or opportunity. If they do, then very likely your knowledge and confidence will lead them to you instead of visa versa.
Survival Tactic #4-Be a problem solver not a product pimp.
Consumers don’t buy things. They buy solutions to problems. They want to meet a need, get what they want or fulfill a desire. To market your product, service or opportunity efficiently and effectively know who your target audience is and what problem they want to solve. Be someone prospects know, like and trust.
Survival Tactic #5-Invest in yourself before you dump big bucks into marketing and promotional products that put profit into your companies pockets. ROI-Return On Investment. Simple concept. You can buy lots of marketing materials, samples; promotional products and business building tools but if you don’t know how to use them your ROI will stink!
