In order to keep your Send Out Cards business consistently growing every day, there are a few things you need to be doing.

Once you’ve read this article, you should be able to master and implement three things into your business:

Number 1: Your Priorities.  Your “to-do” list for the day, usually about 5 to 10 different things.

Number 2: Determine who you need to reach out to and who you’re waiting on to continue with your daily priorities.

Number 3: Your Projects. By this, I mean the BIG picture of your projects.

Let’s talk about the first item: your priorities:

You need to know exactly what the most important tasks are that you MUST get done – TODAY – no matter what, and before you do anything else.

These have to be written down and handled in a specific order. Your day is designed and scheduled around these Priorities.

As long as you’re consistent, doing this on a regular basis will help your productivity tremendously.

As long as you’re doing the most important, result producing activities first each day, you’ll be completely blown away by how much your business will benefit an grow.

IMPORTANT TIP: Never make checking your email the first thing you do at the start of each day!

All email really does is distract you with what OTHER people’s most important things to do are – not your own.  These people all want something from you – and by responding, you’re being taken away from what YOUR most important things to do are.

If you only check your email two to three times a day, this will be easy for you to do.

On to the second thing: Who are the people you need to touch base with to complete your prioritized tasks?  In your Sen Out Cards business, this may be your sponsor, team, or customers.

At this point, use your email to touch base with the people who can help you get your list done.

This could also be people you have outsourced some tasks you have to get done. Maybe you have outsourced having a blog built for you, or building a web page, etc. (Online technical detail stuff.)

In order to complete your prioritized list, you will most likely need to reach out to SOMEONE…this is it.

Please understand that you may need to hound the people that you are waiting on if they are behind in getting your tasks done. This is your Send Out Cards business and you do not have time to waste!

And last but not least, number three: your BIG projects.  This is where you plan the big things, so you can narrow down your priorities and people.

What you need to do is write down and focus on your main Send Out Cards projects in order of importance, and then most importantly, outline the BIG actions needed to accomplish them.  

These are simply plans you are going to make that help you determine your daily tasks – but they are projects you want to do eventually for your business.

Some examples of these could be designing a marketing campaign, re-designing your sales funnel, or making Power Point videos, etc.

I recommend a minimum of 5 things you need to put down here that will all move your Send Out Cards projects forward.
